🔗 Module 5: Integration of Concepts

Integrate what you’ve learned and design your own BioAdjustment sessions and workshops. Learn to work through each key body area (back, cervical/neck, hips, breath, cranium, etc.) to guide deep well‑being processes.

Here you’ll learn how to prepare your own BioAdjustment classes, sessions, or workshops across different contexts: 1:1 sessions, wellness centers, gyms, or adapted programs (e.g., for older adults). You’ll receive resources to handle what can arise in a session and you’ll work through core body areas (full back, lower back, neck, hips, breath, cranium–jaw, etc.) with guided practices that bring all the modules together.
